ASTM D429 橡胶特性与硬质基底粘附性试验方法
ASTM D429标准规定的是橡胶与硬质基底如金属粘合强度的测试方法.该标准要求测试用设备应符合ASTM E4之规定.我司的 万能材料试验机 符合ASTM E4之要求,软件所得报告完全符合ASTM D429之规定.
ASTM D429测试方法A描述的是拉伸测试方法,测试用橡胶粘合两块独立的并行排列的金属材料所组成的一个试样的结合强度.我司的Bluehill或 Bluehill 软件包 都能计算符合标准要求的粘合值.为增加工作效率,软件允许操作员可以在该软件的下拉菜单中记录观察到的失效模式.
ASTM D429测试方法B描述的是剥离测试方法,测试粘合强度,试样为橡胶粘附于金属基底或硬质基底.该测试要求测量的是试样和基底材料结合部的粘合力,具体先将试样和基底材料在结合部撕开一小部分,再进行剥离.我们感兴趣的是"粘合强度",定义为:最大值载荷/试样宽度.我们建议使用 90度剥离夹具,下制具既可以固定硬质基底又可以移动确保90度剥离的角度不变,上制具带动试样上行以完成剥离动作.我们更乐意推荐使用
