ASTM A370 高强度螺纹钢筋的拉伸和弯曲试验

对于拉伸试验,我们使用液压锲形夹具,因为它初始的夹紧力可以防止螺纹钢筋因不平整而产生的打滑。这种液压契形夹具,可以适用于螺纹钢筋的直径从 毫米(0.39英寸)到 70 毫米(2.75 英寸)。夹具的齿型是 V 形的 带有槽的切口,以便抓住螺纹钢筋的筋条。最后,我们用一个自动的引伸计来测定应变。我们选用 M300 型号,它具有一个可调节的标距长度,从 10 毫米到 300 毫米(这适合于大部分螺纹钢筋的应用)。当试验开始时,它的夹指就能完全自动地夹紧钢筋的肋骨, 而放开夹指是根据程序中设定一个特定的值来控制。测量的应变则可以用来计算弹性模量和屈服点。
