开发了多试样固定装置用于 ElectroPuls® E3000电子动静态试验机。帮助心血管植入物制造商评定镍钛诺(Nitinol)和不锈钢支架材料及结构的长期疲劳特性。

每个试样台装一个疲劳测定载荷传感器,精确调节对中和用于被试材料或结构的专门夹具。保证整个试验台组合浸入温控槽,进行试样的体外试验。试验控制采用 WaveMatrix2 动态试验软件,软件包括许多特点,旨在帮助使用者进行试验。 这些特点有:液体浴槽的整体温度控制、每个载荷传感器读数的实时显示以及测定每个试样断裂力的动态监测。
