ASTM F2077 椎间融合器的特性与疲劳试验
椎间融合器用于椎间盘退变后的脊柱手术,用于促进活动脊柱节段融合。在两个椎间盘长到一起并使脊柱融合的过程中,该植入物起到前柱支撑作用。椎间盘融合术是椎间盘置换术的替代技术。
ASTM F2077 – 03 “椎间融合器的测试方法”规定了一系列静态和动态测试项目,以便对不同的融合器进行力学性能比较。这些测试包括:

- 扭转测试
拉扭双轴试验机,如8874伺服液压系统或ElectroPuls E1000拉扭双轴电子式动静态试验机,使器械制造商和研究人员能够对一系列设计的植入物进行静态和疲劳试验。这些系统可配温度控制水浴槽,它可提供稳定的一个体内环境模拟。
