膝关节胫骨盘疲劳性骨折是全膝关节置换(TKR)最常见报告的失效机理之一,它是由生物学反应,如磨损引起骨溶产生的骨丧失基本支持造成的。在这些条件下,胫骨盘的机械性能变得不稳定,正常步行给予的周期载荷引起疲劳裂缝,最终导致突变失效。
