ISO 7206-4, 7206-6, and 7206-8 人工髋关节植入体的耐久性和疲劳试验
术后由于正常活动的结果,可能发生近端松弛和应力遮挡,导致非正常载荷分布。采用模拟步行时植入体的动态载荷进行髋关节植入体疲劳试验来确定耐久性能。
ISO已制定了非正常和正常疲劳载荷的试验标准。
- ISO 7206-4:近端松弛模拟加载。 通过髋关节植入体股骨头加载荷引起压缩、弯曲和扭曲应力。
- ISO 7206-6:植入体颈部疲劳检查, 此处与正确固定植入体承受的正常活体载荷更一致。
- ISO 7206-8:规定施加扭力时植入体的耐久性能
- 我们的股骨疲劳试验固定装置可以满足ISO试验的要求,装置包括加载头和装到8872疲劳试验系统和/或ElectroPuls™全电子动态测试仪的适配器。 固定装置也可以容易地配置到其它试验机和试验装置上。柔韧试样夹持器适应各种尺寸髋关节、倾斜角、埋入材料和埋入深度。试样用可选择埋入式装置装到夹持器中,装夹时保持对中。
- 固定装置还可以适应小的环境试验箱,以实现活体模拟。
