塑料微力动态疲劳试验
当承受周期载荷时,塑料可能在应力水平远低于其拉伸或压缩强度时损坏, 在承受拉伸和压缩载荷联合作用时,损坏更严重。塑料是高度非线性材料,在承受变化温度时,显示出不同性能,对于设计者,重要的是在设计中使用它们之前,审视其特性和疲劳性能。
在实施这些微力动态疲劳试验时,建议使用我们的ElectronPuls™E1000电子动静态测试仪,与温度箱联合使用,评价塑料材料在低温和高温下的性能。疲劳测定手动楔形夹具和预加载推/拉杆用于在空调环境夹持试样。
